Our parents and grandparents only purchased what was needed and could somehow always find a way to reuse almost anything we bought.

Plastic bags were saved to line garbage bins, jars and yogurt containers were washed and repurposed as Tupperware, while plastic dispensers and dish detergent bottles were refilled with soaps.

With the amount of reused plastic containers lining our countertops, we learned that the average household product was designed to only look good on a commercial shelf, and not within a home. We’re flipping the narrative.
