Refund policy

Returns
We want you to enjoy Moderly products, that's why we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We currently do not accept returns on our soap tablets, but if your Moderly bottle is damaged or faulty, you can start a return by contacting us at hello@moderly.co. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Since we're still small and growing, we require customers to cover the costs of return postage. 

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so we appreciate your patience.
